In February 2010, Mitchell Roth, Karen Doner and Joseph Jackson spun-off from a large regional law firm to form roth doner jackson, plc.  We have combined a unique set of legal skills and disciplines to serve the needs of business clients of all sizes.

Under our new umbrella, we provide our clients with the same high-quality legal services and resources to which they are accustomed, yet in a more efficient and flexible manner.  Our focus continues to be serving each client as if they were our only client.
